Piper's Dojo Shipping Details
The Piper's DoJo FREE SHIPPING policy is very simple, so you can avoid the added pain of tack-on shipping costs!
If you're in the lower 48 states, shipping is FREE on orders over $25. On orders under $25, there will be a $2 handling fee added.
All other North American destinations will be charged a flat rate of $7 for orders over $25. Orders under $25 will be charged a $9 fee.
Outside of North America destinations will be charged a flat rate of $30 on all orders.
Fast Shipping Methods
We don't stock all items in our physical location in Albany NY. If you'd like to have them shipped directly to you from our distributors to cut down on the delivery time, select EXPEDITED SHIPPING.
For Orders up to $2000, we offer Express Mail, 2nd-Day UPS, and Next-Day UPS shipping services. The price for these services varies depending on the total price of your order. During checkout, you'll see these three options, and their respective prices. For orders $2000 or more, please contact us prior to purchase if you need it to be shipped by a "Fast Shipping Method."
Important Shipping Notes:
Orders will sometimes come in more than one parcel. This is because not items will ship from the same location. All items will usually be in stock, or able to be quickly ordered in. However, occasionally they will be back-ordered, in which case we will ship you the goods as soon as possible. As long as items are in stock, they will ship within 1 business day of receiving the order. Items ship as economically and safely as possible. If you have shipping needs different from what we offer during checkout, be sure to advise us before placing your order. Thanks again for your business! Fast Shipping for Bagpipes and other Customized Products
Please note that expedited shipping methods will likely not be available with the purchase of bagpipes and other customized products. It is possible (and in the case of popular bagpipe models probable) that we can expedite the shipping to you, but please call us before ordering to secure this. All shipping times (including free shipment times) will be dependent on the manufacturing time, and whether or not they are currently in stock. Therefore, it is not advised that you pay for a fast shipping method when purchasing these products online. We will, of course, give you an estimated delivery time when your order is placed.
Piper's Dojo Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a refund or exchange for up to 30 days after receiving the item.
Stipulations:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in complete re-sellable condition. (For example, reeds must not be shaved down, bags must not have been tied in, no visible marks or blemishes, etc.)
You must notify us within 10 days of receiving the order that there is a problem. If we're not notified in this 10-day period, a store credit may be available, but full refunds are not gauranteed.
Refunds for returned items will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Original shipping and/or handling charges are not refundable.
